All newly hired employees are required complete the New Hire Learning and Compliance program within their first 30 days of employment. The program includes six online tutorials designed to address key risks in higher education. Topics include:
- Workplace Conduct
- Ethical Decision-Making
- Conflict of Interest
- Cyber Security
- Anti-Harassment and Title IX
- The Georgia Tech Policy Library
Your appointment may also require you to complete training such as Responsible Conduct of Research, animal care and use, or health and safety modules. Your supervisor or research group will direct you on how to complete any required training.
