Recently, the Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (CETL) joined the Office of the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Affairs, which has resulted in a name change.
"The addition of CETL to our office increases our capacity to encourage the professional development of faculty members, in their teaching, research, and service roles,” said Susan Cozzens, vice provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Development. “So, to better describe the office’s scope of work, we’ve changed our name to reflect the full range of support faculty members need.”
The office will now be known as the Office of the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Development (VPGEFD). VPGEFD includes the following units: Graduate Studies, Faculty Affairs, Postdoctoral Services, and CETL.
