Have you ever asked yourself: “How can I best facilitate the career development of my trainees?”

Come to this session to talk about tools that you can use to better prepare your graduate students and postdoctoral fellows for successful careers.

These tools can help you too - they encourage trainees to stay focused on goals and can be used as part of the mentoring plans required for some grant applications.
